OUR LEADERSHIP

Donald De Jong

Chief Executive Officer
Donald serves as owner and chief executive officer of AgriVision Farm Management, LLC – a company that oversees management for 27 of their family-owned and operated agricultural businesses.

Donald De Jong also serves as co-owner and CEO for Natural Prairie Dairy — one ­of the largest, family-operated organic dairy farms in the U.S. based in Hartley, Texas. Natural Prairie Dairy’s mission is to deliver best-in-class organic milk from their family to yours.

Donald also oversees the De Jong Foundation, an organization whose mission is to empower people in agriculture worldwide, with his wife Cheri. Donald attended California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California, and majored in agribusiness management. In addition to his duties at AgriVision and Natural Prairie Dairy, Donald is currently the chairman of Select Milk Producers, Inc., as well as the chairman of the Texas Department of Agriculture Organic Advisory Board. Additionally, he serves as a director on the Greater Southwest Milk Marketing Agency and fairlife boards. He also serves as a trustee for the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity Foundation.

Donald lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and business partner, Cheri De Jong.

Cheri De Jong

Chief Financial Officer
Cheri De Jong serves as co-owner and chief financial officer for AgriVision Farm Management — a company that oversees management for 27 family-owned and operated agricultural businesses. Cheri is also the chief financial officer and co-owner of Natural Prairie Dairy, one of the largest, family-operated organic dairy farms in the U.S. based in Hartley, Texas. Natural Prairie Dairy’s mission is to deliver best-in-class organic milk from their family to yours. Cheri and her husband, Donald, also oversee the De Jong Foundation, an organization whose mission is to empower people in agriculture worldwide.

Cheri has been involved in the fraternity and sorority community as the past chairman of the board of directors for the National Panhellenic Conference, which is the premier advocacy and support organization for the advancement of the sorority experience consisting of 26 inter/national women’s sororities. She has also served her own sorority, Sigma Kappa, in many leadership roles over the years including as national president.

She also serves as vice chairman on the board of directors for the Farm Foundation —an organization consisting of leaders in agriculture across the country. Cheri stays active in the local community as a board member for the Amarillo Area Foundation.

Cheri majored in agribusiness management at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California, and has an MBA from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. She lives in Dallas, Texas, with her husband and business partner, Donald De Jong.

Ashley De Jong Boettcher

Director of Talent Management
Ashley DeJong Boettcher is the Director of Talent Management at AgriVision Farm Management, LLC. With prior HR experience in retail and financial services, Ashley joined AgriVision in 2020 to lead the implementation of the human resources information system and led several strategic HR initiatives focused on strengthening company culture and fostering human capital growth.

Ashley is a certified professional member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is also active in the Panhandle Human Resources Association. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Leadership and Development, with a minor in Human Resources Development, from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in Agricultural Education and Communication with a specialization in Leadership Development from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. Ashley lives in Bushland, Texas, with her husband, Clayton, their daughter, Charlotte, and two sons, Aiden and Wyatt.
