Donald De Jong

Donald De Jong serves as owner and CEO of AgriVision Farm Management, LLC and co-owner and chief executive officer for Natural Prairie Dairy — one of the largest, family-operated organic dairy farms in the U.S.

Donald attended California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California and majored in Agribusiness Management. In addition to his duties at AgriVision and Natural Prairie Dairy, Donald serves as vice chairman of Select Milk Producers, Inc. and serves as a director on the following boards: Greater Southwest Milk Marketing Agency, fairlife, and the Texas Department of Agriculture Organic Advisory Board. He is also a trustee for the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity Foundation and serves on the Saint Anthony Catholic School Board. Donald lives in Dalhart, Texas with his wife and business partner, Cheri De Jong and their three daughters Ashley, Allison and Alexandra.

Cheri De Jong

In addition to serving as CFO for AgriVision Farm Management, LLC, Cheri De Jong serves as co-owner and chief financial officer for Natural Prairie Dairy — one of the largest, family-operated organic dairy farms in the U.S. based in Hartley, Texas. Cheri is also a member of the Farm Foundation Round Table, serves on the foundation for Sigma Kappa Sorority based in Indianapolis, Indiana. She stays active in the local community as a board member for the Dalhart Economic Development Board, Dalhart Education Foundation, Community Connect and the Hartley County Appraisal District.

Cheri majored in Agribusiness Management at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California and has an MBA from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. She lives in Dalhart, Texas with her husband and business partner Donald De Jong along with their three daughters Ashley, Allison and Alexandra.

Dennis Wright

Director of Farming
Dennis joined AgriVision three years ago as our Director of Farming. In this position, he is responsible for managing over 45,000 acres of farmland for feed production. Dennis holds a Bachelor’s in Geology/Hydrology and a Master’s in Soil Science from Utah State University, has earned an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Brigham Young University and is a Certified Crop Adviser. In addition to his farm management experience, Dennis has worked as a financial analyst for Zion’s Bank Corporation and a Program Manager for NASA Affiliated Research Center. He and his wife live in Dalhart with their six children.

Noel Clark

Director of Talent Management
Noel Clark serves as the Director of Talent Management for AgriVision Farm Management, LLC. After working in the behavioral health field, Noel joined our team in 2013 to develop and implement a management model that will provide our clients with a competitive advantage and predictable outcomes. By leading employee growth and development and working to standardize procedures, he is able to increase efficiencies for our customers.
Noel earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from New Mexico State University and a master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling from Eastern New Mexico University. He and his wife, Carla, have three grown children. They currently live in Dalhart, Texas.
