The Agricultural Operations team member will support all farming operations, including cultivating, planting, irrigation, and harvesting of corn, wheat, and alfalfa. The Agricultural Operations team member may also participate in the development of production schedules, crop rotations, and other competencies essential to operations on an organic farm. A bachelor’s degree in plant and soil sciences, agronomy, or related field is required. Bilingual and organic farming experience preferred.
Team members must be willing to work Monday through Saturday (average 10-hour days), be willing to learn Spanish, and be an ambitious self-starter that wants to succeed.
