AgriVision Farm Management is seeking experienced mechanics to work in our full-service mechanic’s shop. Located in Hartley, Texas, we are looking for team members who have experience working with heavy equipment and are committed to the preventative maintenance of all dairy and farm equipment.
We are seeking qualified applicants who can work in a fast-paced shop and understand the 24/7 nature of the dairy business. The ideal candidates will be able and willing to follow standard operating procedures and have a valid driver’s license, their own tools, a working mechanic’s vocabulary, and experience working with heavy equipment. Welding skills are preferred, but not required.
Team members must be willing to work Monday through Saturday (average 10-hour days), be willing to learn Spanish, and be an ambitious self-starter that wants to succeed.
